What bird is this

    Just sat down eating dinner. I live on a housing estate and witnessed this fella tucking into another bird on the branch seeming outta pace. Grabbed my camera and it took off over 500meters away so picture is rubbish, but hopefully enough to identify.

    EDIT: on a serious note I have no Idea but I would presume a hawk of some kind

    (On a more serious note, going from the stripe across its tail feathers, I am inclined to think its a type of hawk)

    Could be but cant see the feather pattern on that pic, and I think the peregrine has a thinner tail.
