What is the best defragmentor?

i had bad experiance with perfect disk where it actually took longer for some programs to access files on my computer. i had to reinstall. diskeeper would be my choice

On topic - I'm currently trialling Diskeeper 10 Premier (the $49 one). I might try Perfect Disk after and see which is best to buy. I love the exchange rate of dollars at the moment - it's like buying software half price :D.
