Despite what a lot of people think, vid is'nt the be all and end all when it comes to clocking. Mine had a 1.35 vid and was still prime stable at 3.8Ghz with 1.52v. It did 3.6Ghz on a more reasonable 1.45v.

1.512v at 3.6, been running since june 2007 at this speed: 98c under load
I did notice the G0 stepping dies at a much lower tamp: around 80c.
