What motherboard to get for i7 9700K?

I've been looking to upgrade my CPU to an i7 9700K, but I need to upgrade my motherboard also. I want a motherboard that isn't too expensive and can handle overclocking. I've found a couple of motherboards, any advice on if they are good or not would be appreciated

. I've got a 650 W powersupply and a 1070ti Gpu.

1st choice-Gigabyte Z390 UD:

The motherboard is called the B450 Tomahawk Max and you msityped the 9700k as the 3700x, dw common mistake

so youre suggesting i get the 3700 x instead?

Also, If i didnt want to overclock, would i be better off getting an i7 9700k? If i wanted better base clock performance.
