what would you say is the best 360 rad for a single loop cooling a i7 920 oced 4.2 and a GTX 260 stock.

What fans? Do you care about noise? What temperature are you willing to accept on the processor?

Thermochill are considered the best. Whether this is still true, I do not know. They were taken over by xspc who changed parts of the design, so I consider it untrusted until I see reviews showing the new design to be as good as the old.

Feser are the major alternative. I prefer (and use) these, they use G1/4" holes like everyone else, haven't just been taken over by another company, and offer cad models on their website. So I suggest one by feser.

You probably want to look at two radiators, a 480 or a 420 radiator though.

140.3 is the new king - 120.3 is so old-fashioned

Nothing wrong with the new Thermochills. I have one of the new 120.3's and it's a cracking piece of kit. All they changed was the fan spacings to standard 15mm spacing and removed the bleed screw. It's still a superb quality rad.
