Many, Many of the questions especially the ones about GPU coolers, fans and graphics cards need'nt even be posted in the first place. Many things can be found out from a quick and simple search, unless you have a specific problem of course. Things like what's the best case fan or gpu cooler gets asked all the time and all they need do is search the forums. It's not difficult.

which is the best heatsink for my 3800?

my brother is asking to rebuild his system
looking at moving from agp to pci-e
is mad on getting this mobo
sapphire rx480as9
told him theres probs with usb and sata
he says he doesnt overclock
guess they are cheap to buy if you can get them
not sure what to tell him
hes getting a 1800xt 512 g-card as well

any thoughts
