When is the barbecue season coming back to Britain?

I agree with some of those above, all year is bbq season!! Weather isn't too much of an issue really when you're doing low and slow (unless it's really windy I suppose)

I don't have a garden, so never :mad :p

I have just got my Anova though so looking at some slow cooked ribs/meat in there instead...

365 days a year. Takes a bit longer to warm up when it’s -30 though and if you don’t clear the snow off first it can jam up the knobs when it refreezes...

Turkey being smoked on a weber original, as done at a smoking weekend I went to last summer.

As can be seen here once it was finished, rested and sliced, it was incredibly moist and delicious!

Jet stream doesn't look in a hurry to accommodate warmer weather - if the patterns follow previous years when we've had this kind of weather disruption we'll probably get a really nice June followed by very contrasting months for the rest of the summer.
