I'd not be so fast to say University. Depending on where you go it could be dire, and diamonds amongst coal: everyone fights over them.
But then again, I don't really know where else other than a course or work etc. (for your requirements).

Maybe a change of scenery?

I've always met some very nice girls at college, says you're still a student though i'd assume at uni, start hanging out with less slaggy girls?

Failing that, freinds of freinds. Unless you hang around with a bunch of tools.

If all else fails, sift through the hoodrats in clubs/ bars, find the girls worth the time of day. Gotta go to the right kind of place though, relaxed clubs.
None of these dress coded "fashion" clubs full of orange people.

Indeed, i used to live in stratford, london were they had a a lot of polish/russian people, the amount of stunning tall leggy blondes with avarage/ugly men was astronomical, luckly ********!!!!
