Hi all, ive used a few netgear wireless routers in the past, never found that their range was that great.

Can you suggest which dsl router you reckon has the best wireless range? Obviously I dont wanna spend more than bout £90.

    Cheers

look for a router that spec's "MIMO"

but then most routers can cover the average house if sited correctly.

I just got the netgear DG834PN and it has been very good. It comes with MIMO but as i am right next to the router i am using a cable so i have not tested the range.

I've got the Netgear DG834N (on special at the mo) and I'm getting 68% signal on my laptop in the conservatory which is about 45ft, two brick walls and a wooden floor away from the router.

Netgear WPN824 Rangemax Wireless Router (NW-075-NG) this is the king of wireless range and you can buy it from OCUK for £78.67 Inc VAT. ;)
