I'v no idea about shuttles, but i want a seperate SFF to use as a training machine. I may end up putting windows 2003 server on it.

I'm not too fussed about an amasing spec, but i want to fit a sata disks as well as 2gb of ram.

I've got a socket 478 p4 which i could use and i'm not bothered about amasing graphics.

    any ideas?

Depending on what you want, I'd say go for the SB61G2v4, which is probably Shuttle's top-range S478 model (I'm thinking of getting one to replace my SS56Gv3). Otherwise, the XPC Zen (ST62K) is another S478 which has an external power supply to cut down on fan noise. Both can take ATA and 2Gb of RAM.
