Which way up??!! Thai spell/ picture

We bought this Several years ago in Thailand and it has been in a tube since then and now I want to frame it I have no idea which way it hangs as it has conflicting images and “I assume” temple’s.

The tag just got butchered.

Any chance of a bigger photo? Looks to me like it would be correct if rotated 90 degrees to the right but it's hard to tell.
