It might be part of AMD's conditions to avoid bots buying up cards by not releasing the URLs of the cards before launch.

lastofthemohicans.exe and ltaldora1n.exe keep getting blocked by my bitdefender.
No, and the price can still change, ie go up, until you have paid for it.
Only yours once paid for. If its in your cart and the last one then someone else adds it to cart and pays then it'll no longer be available to you.

Friends has rung around several suppliers today and some don't even have reference cards so they are waiting for the AIB boards. Not looking great.
