Wifi Router trouble

Unsure if this is the right section but it is hardware related. But out of the blue, my wifi router has stopped working. It was working yesterday but now, there's no internet.
When I went to look at box, there was only the DSL light is on (and it's green). Not even the power light is on even though the cable is in.
I have tried turning the box on and off (multiple times) as well as at the socket, pressing the reset button, moving the wire around in case it was that and trying it in different sockets around the house. Nothing changed.
I couldn't get a look at the fuse but was unsure if it was that. Could it simply be the box itself? I have had the box for ... around 10 - 12 years... so it could just be old.
Would it be solved if I could get a new router box?

If it's that old replace it anyway. Wireless has moved on a long way over the years.

Who's your ISP? They might supply you with a new router for free or at least very cheaply.
