The dual channel ddr3 memory i already have so i can't change that, but i need to know if it will be 100% compatible with that UD4 board. If not would you be able to spec me a compatible p55 mobo please

I would not suggest that memory for any Core i* setup. You need memory that is rated at 1.65v or less to stay in spec with Intel's recommendation. It will run but not necessarily at 1600 due to the voltage requirements. You'll need a socket 775 compatible board and Core 2 CPU to use that memory and run it to spec on any Core *i rig.
