will win7 32bit be much different to 64bit

Agreed. They keep tellign people things like that to keep the order, but the distance selling regulations allow you to completely reject the order 100%

This is the same for absolutely anythign you buy from anywhere and its kind of like the old arguement of sold as seen, but you have not seen the item have you? - Only a picture!

Anyway, you get the idea.

They cannot tell you this, they only do so because they know that 95% of the time, people accept it.

i think the mistake was that you should have used unspecific.

are there noticable differences between 32 and 64 bit?

Surely it should be:

"architecture non-specific"
