Mine in 7 has to be the aero shake, just shake the title bar of the open window to minimise all other background windows. I can see why MS is trying to push this towards businesses heavily

For your laptop, it's nice and easy to open up windows mobility center with winkey+X

Really nice thing is Ctrl+Backspace.

It works in tons of applications, and it isn't windows based. But deletes and entire word rather than just a letter.

Windows + Home minimizes all windows other than the currently active one. Not sure how useful that is but still.

Alt+P in Windows explorer is nice to turn the preview panel on and off.
