I'm building a new PC for my brother and I just found a nice chassis for him on OC website. I have Windows Vista Ultimate myself and I'm giving this to my brother as he will then be the licence holder of the software.

I noticed on OC Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate SP1 64-Bit - OEM + Windows 7 Upgrade Voucher (66R-03061) now sorry to sound a little thick but is this voucher for a FREE upgrade, because I want to Dual Boot Vista and 7 together for vareous reason.

mmm if you only have one copy then use the upgrade voucher to get windows 7 then vista's serial number becomes invalid, outcome then is that you have windows 7 only to play this, regarding free dont know.
if iam reading the question wrong correct me ,

u won't be able to dual boot them because it's an Upgrade Voucher to windows 7 which means u need to use the vista key.

yes it's free, u just need to pay P&P.

Does this mean you get the same level version as vista? i.e. W7 ultimate x64
