I want to buy a netbook with ATOM 470. But as you know, most netbook are pre-installed with Windows 7 32 bits.

Can SteadyState be installed on 32 bits Windows no matter it is Windows 7 or Windows Vista?

Also, can I install Windows Vista on a ATOM CPU netbook?

Just checked the microsoft website, and theres no mention of windows 7 on the compatability list. Just tried running it and you can't run it on windows 7.

As with the Vista atom thing. Yes you can do.
