Windows MCE not loading, corrupted ? help !

Hi,

just tried to install a second hdd to my media pc and now the whole PC won't load into Windows

it gets as far as the welcome to Windows blue screen and then just freezes there, can't think of anything i might have done really.

currently doing a repair install but was wondering if anyone might know what it might be causing this ??

Sounds strange, just adding a extra hard drive to your system shouldnt make any difference to the setup at all. Was it a new blank drive?.

If its a new blank drive, then the only thing really that could have happened is that something has become loose when you installed the new drive, memory modules etc.

think something got corrupted. did a google last night and something about mup.sys in safe mode.

was quite a common issue, will reformat soon managed to transfer all the data so nothing is loss though !
