Hi all, I've just installed xp pro on my pc and cant get my wireless back working. I can see the router and it says it's connected but it just assigns me a strange IP through dhcp(169.......) when I give it a static ip,subnet and gateway it still connects but can only send data, it wont recieve any. I've removed firewalls from xp, router and sygate, same issue. When I run a rj45 cable from pc to router it connects instantly (i'm using it just now) but I cant get the wireless to recieve.
