Deadlifts felt comfortable yet uncomfortable at the same time, weight seems to move at speed but the hip hinge side of things didn't feel ultra strong/stable.

Saw physio day previous to this and was told doesn't seem to be anything majorly wrong with me and just traps/shoulder is a little bit tight but can carry on as per.

Definitely struggled with the deals on this session for some reason.
