Xbox 360 hard drive

    Got my daughter the world cup 360 core pack yesterday for her birthday,my question is if i buy a hard drive for it do i need anything else to fit it to the xbox.

    Also what`s the going rate for a secondhand HD.

    Can't see there being a huge number of second hand hard drives available for the 360

    Nope it will just click on.

    Personally I wouldn't get a second hand hard disk.

    I don't think you can even format them?

    Yes you can, via the memory section in the system blade.

    No, you still 'lose' the reserved space that gets allocated to the system bit and bobs.

    The max a user gets to play around with is 13 -14 gig.

    you also loose Hexic if your format.

    Then you just ring up MS and they give you a code to download it for free. ;)
