Xbox One Kinect TV Mount?

Hi guys,

Anyone know where to find the nice official mount for the kinect?

I was gonna put a shelf up but this looks a lot tidier... Only one I can find though is a nasty looking third party version by some company called Orb?

Any ideas?

I've only seen the PDP one available in the US/overseas so far.

I have the Orb one, which doesn't actually look that bad. It has an issue, at least with the initial batch, in that the footplate for the Kinect to clip onto isn't tooled correctly, so the Kinect just sits on top of the mount, rather than being secured as intended.

It's still sturdy enough though, and I'm happy with mine as it's not likely to fall off or move, but I'd consider switching to the PDP one when it becomes available over here as it just looks that bit nicer.

The other option I originally toyed with was a camera tripod mount seeing as the Kinect has a mounting hole, multiple ways of doing that from a suction cup mount, to one that stands on the floor behind the TV.

With the size of that beast, you're probably best off going to Jewson and making something custom.

I've got the ORB one and it does the job well, I was surprised!

I'm happy with the ORB one as well, only thing i dont like is the Logo on the front which looks kinda tacky sat on top of my nice TV.

Cause a bit of black tape on top of my TV will look soo much better,

Im going to take a black marker to it when i remember to liberate one from work.

Least then it wont be a white ORB in a sea of black.
