EU law means that companies can't stop it from happening - hence the RRP being used as a recommended price.......it's annoying, but there's not a lot that they can do once the consoles have gone out the door.

Do you know if these can connect to ps5 as well?

I have standard Arctis 7 wireless which can be connected to ps5 wirelessly but not xbox (it works on xbox wired into the controller but I really miss the chat mix). Ideally I want an Arctis set that can do both but I'm not sure one exists.

Thanks, I've had a look. Apparently the 7x works with both wirelessly. Not sure if it's worth selling my 7s and getting these for the slight improvement. I'll wait till Black Friday and see if anything comes on offer.

tried a different figure 8 cable, and different outlets...nothing.

I tried app again and it suddenly worked, tested a game download from game pass, first time app crashed, second time it worked.

Sorry to hear that, on my issue since there is a update coming, I am going to see if that fixes it, then if not I will be trying new cable etc before returning mine

I assume they keep some back in stock for this kind of eventuality.

Microsoft might be doing advance replacements with the series x. It might be faster to deal with them instead of Game.

Playing Warzone and the Series X just turned off completely ?!?!? Not a reboot completely power off like the plug was removed.

It's booted back up ok and been fine for another hour of warzone.

Still really impressed with how small the Series X is considering the power inside.

Does turning the controller on turn it on? Can you plug the controller into the console? Tried it without HDMI cable?

Edit - Tried direct into a socket, and no extension cable?

yep. Still same problem

Sometimes if it's doing an update it will seem like its died. Perhaps leave it plugged in for a while and try a hard reset.

My Series X is nice and toasty while play the new COD, its the most heat i have felt coming out of it so far.
