Silent at Full load

I needed a good sweetspot card that could outperfom my 660ti at 1080p, not only does it do that, by about 20%-40% it does so in silence, thanks to the windforce cooler and at lower tdp. And is cheaper than the 660ti was when I bought it. Expect 20% performance increase at the very least over a 660ti.

I was worried it wouldn't fit my GD04 silverstone HTPC chassis. But by removing a few mm off the cards backplate, it's fitted in with about 10mm to spare. Remember the card is 295mm long so check it fits your case first!, I just, squeezed it into the GD04 which means youv'e got near silent htpc gaming if paired with the right i5 / i7 and noctua low profile cooler. cooler.

Id 4gb worth it on a 980 ? well all I know is right now its using 3.5 of that vram just playing ARK.

Good job Gigabyte overall.

Simply, this card says 'Super Overclock' on the box and '4k resolution'... yet I can't even play Dying Light without frequent fps drops even when set to medium, high, and not the Ultra settings the GeForce Experience app tells you is it's optimum setting.

With an i5, 8GB of RAM and half or more of my HD free I wouldn't expect this from something that I thought was more than capable.
