GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER Gaming OC 3X 8192MB GDDR6 PCI-Express Graphics Card

The WINDFORCE 3X cooling system features 3x 80mm unique blade fans, alternate spinning fan, 4 composite copper heat pipes, heat-pipe direct touch and 3D active fan functionality, together delivering an effective heat dissipation capacity for higher performance at lower temperatures.

The GIGABYTE patent “Alternate Spinning” is the only solution that can solve the turbulent airflow of three fans. The biggest problem with the three fans is turbulence. Since the fans rotate in the same direction, the airflow direction is opposite between the fans, which will cause turbulent airflow and reduce heat dissipation efficiency. GIGABYTE turns the middle fan in the opposite direction, so that the airflow direction between the two fans is the same, reducing the turbulence and enhancing the airflow pressure.

The airflow is spilt by the triangular fan edge, and guided smoothly through the 3D stripe curve on the fan surface, effectively enhancing the airflow.

The 3D Active Fan provides semi-passive cooling, and the fans will remain off when the GPU is in a low load or low power game. It allows gamers to enjoy gameplay in complete silence when the system is running light or idle.

The shape of the pure copper heat pipe maximizes the direct contact area with the GPU, enhancing heat transfer. The heat pipe also covers the VRAM through a large metal plate contact to ensure proper cooling.

The composite heat-pipe combines thermal conductivity and phase transition to efficiently manage the heat transfer between two solid interfaces which increases cooling capacity.

With 16.7M customizable color options and numerous lighting effects, you can choose lighting effects or synchronize with other AORUS devices.

The graphics card uses the 6+2 power phase design to allow the MOSFET to operate at lower temperature, and over-temperature protection design and load balancing for each MOSFET, plus the Ultra Durable certified chokes and capacitors, to provide excellent performance and longer system life. (Reference card is 5+2 power phase)

The metal back plate not only provides an aesthetical shape, but also enhances the structure of the graphics card to provide complete protection.

Great performance for a "entry level" RTX Card

Has no problem running new games on ultra on a 1080p display and on 3dmark timespy extreme it achieved 24+fps averages, obviously the ray tracing is still in its infancy and obviously frame rates are going to be affected quake 2 RTX for example runs around 40fps average, but I bought this card for its overall performance as it exceeds the old GTX1080 and performs as well as the RX5700 series, without going up to the £500+ card range, out of the box the boost clock on mine has been hitting 1950mhz and I havent had to do anything other than install the nvidia drivers and temps have stayed below 70 degrees, so it may seem a little expensive for an "entry" RTX card but its overall performance is superb and it is by no means a slouch.

Excellent card, cheaper 2070

Incredible card. Thermals on it are perfect, never been a problem. It can run star wars jedi fallen order on max settings at 60 FPS with almost no issues. The RGB logo is subtle but very noticable and the software is easy to use.
If you want to take advantage of ray tracing this is the perfect card

Excellent Card, Great Price

I always wanted to build my own Gaming PC and coming from a laptop with a GTX 860m I had the ability to play some games but not all and not at high framerates or quality settings. I had originally intended to buy a GTX 1060, then the RTX series came out and I thought the RTX 2060 would be a higher-end choice without breaking the bank. All I can say is I'm glad I bought the GPU last as Nvidia coming up with the super series meant I was able to get RTX 2070-ish performance at 2060-ish price.

I went for this card as it seems to have one of the highest clock speeds straight out of the box and it really does run at 1815MHz and often more without me doing any overclocking myself. I do only play at 1080p because of the monitor I have, but this thing churns out the fps allowing me to play games on ultra settings. I may have to even get a better monitor this card is so good. Cooling is excellent with those 3 fans and I have yet to see the GPU get hotter than 70C (I'm not even sure it's ever even gone up to 70C). Overall my custom PC came to about £1200 and I don't feel as though I need to upgrade anything in the PC not a least for many years.

Also the Gigabyte logo has a nice RGB colour wheel pattern going on and the card came with the Nvidia promotion giving me Control and Wolfenstein: Youngblood for free which look and play absolutely beautifully.
