With the Kailh switches, Glorious has developed interchangeable key switches for its GMMK (Glorious Modular Mechanical Keyboard). There they are particularly easy to use, but they can of course be used on other keyboards or DIY projects.
The Kailh switches are compatible with SMD LEDs and can be illuminated through the transparent housing. Through the MX (+) port, the switches can also be used in keyboards equipped with Cherry MX switches. To ensure the highest possible compatibility, Cherry MX Keycaps are also compatible. With a lifetime of 70 million attacks, the Kailh switches are extremely durable.
The Pro switches from Kailh are designed for fast multiple clicks, their trigger level, however, is only slightly reduced compared to speed switches. Thanks to this combination, pro-switches feel more like classic mechanical key switches. When operating the Kailh Pro Purple switches, a slight resistance must be overcome right at the beginning.
