Get this card. It is more than worth it. For a start the cooler is great on this thing. At stock it never goes above 68c. But it doesn't stop there. I went on a little oc journey today with this card and im well impressed. Undervolted it to 950mv. Used that undervolt to set the card to run at a constant 2000mhz under load (it can go higher). Set vram to +1000mhz. I did get +1500mhz but it wouldn't go any higher. So the card can go higher than the settings im using but my oc is a constant every day oc. For every day use. Thanks to the undervolt, my 200watt card now only uses 190watt, despite being overclocked. Max temps are now 64c. So it dropped a good few degrees. And that's in the middle of a heat wave. Don't be put off this card because it's inno3d. This is a fantastic card. And at it's current price, at this date, it's a steal.
