Monster performance for the price.

I bought this chip to go in a friends build, it happily reached 4.3Ghz just using a cheap Xigmatek air cooler. Once i had a Kraken X60 installed it's powering away quite happily at just over 4.6Ghz with idle temps sub 30 degrees & full load on Prime 95 it was under 70 degrees. Overclockers do seem to get the pick of the crop in the silicon lottery! & of course, excellent service yet again.

Been using this processor for a year now and feel absolutely no need to "upgrade" to Haswell. It even outperforms the 8 core FX-8350 in most scenarios, despite having less cores, lower clock speed along with lower power consumption. It runs slightly warmer than Sandy Bridge, but that's the only downside i've noticed (not a big issue).

I've not felt the need to overclock this CPU as it copes perfectly fine paired with my HIS Radeon 7950 Boost GPU... I just finished playing Metro: Last Light on very high settings and it ran just fine for such a hardware taxing game :).

This cpu was a definite improvement from my last build which had a really rubbish amd phenom processor inside of it, but this is good,

only downside is that this processor runs very hot, but its no fault of the processor just my terrible case and the fact im using stock cooler, dont use the stock cooler!!!

Brilliant with lots of OC potential

Great Chip, which easily overclocked to 4.6Ghz using the MSI Z77 mpower board.

simply changed CPU core voltage to 1.28v, and set the multiplier to 46. DONE. Make sure you you get a decent cooler though as they do get warm when OC'ing.
I use the BeQuiet Dark Rock Pro 2 and havnt seen temps go over 65 degrees fully stressed.

I5 3570K

I love this product by Intel and I am very pleased that I bought it over AMD for the money I would defiantly buy this product as I got this on sale and I have had no need to even Overclock it yet as it works very well with my new rig! :D

Upgraded this from my old Intel Q6600 which I had for 4 years. Really great processor. I'm a gamer and my frames just shot up. Playing Bf3 with 100+ fps and being able to record without noticing any frame loss.

Upgraded from an i3 2100 and the difference is just amazing.

Running at 4.5Ghz with an H80 and haven't seen it go above 65c on any stress test.

Paired with my Gigabyte 7970 it runs BF3 and Skyrim at constant 60FPS with V-Sync and is butter smooth.

Just upgraded from an AMD Phenom 2 3.4ghz black. The difference is plain to see even in win7 before i over clocked the turbo ( that's the best way uses less power when you not doing much) to 4.5ghz easy with a water cooler.
