Excellent Card

This card is to good to be true. Small when compared to the likes of the old 200 series. Quiet. I can't understand people going on about the noise of the fan. Unless you have a completely water cooled system you are always going to have fan noise, and remember you can't water cool the power supply so there is always fan noise and this card is no worst than any other. Powerful. Bought Half life 2 The Orange Box and was getting 300fps with everything maxed. Had to limit the frame rates to 60fps anyway to avoid screen tearing as I have a 22' 60hz monitor at 1680x1050.

My system is a Windows7 i5 2.66 750. 8gb ddr3 ram on a Asus Maximus III Formula motherboard with a 60gb SSD Corsair boot drive and two 250gb Seagate hd's.

I would recommend this card to anyone wanting to upgrade but limit the cost. Certainly better value than any other mid-range card out there and packs a punch. Pushed my Windows graphics and gaming graphics rating from 6.4 to 7.5. Buy it and you won't regret it

Thank you for taking time to review this product.

The monitoring software wasn't included in the first shipment of the GTX 460. However the monitoring software will be included in the latest release of the driver CD.

The monitoring software supports the following:
- Fermi core voltage adjustment
- Fan speed adjustment
- In-game OSD display
- BIOS flash
- Overclocking profile
- SLI multi-GPU support
- Driver and latest version download

Furthermore there is a BIOS update for this Graphics card which will solve the fan issues.

Keep checking the website at www.kfa2.com as the latest drivers and software will soon be available for download.

Good card

Quite a small card, doesnt weigh anything either, yet its quite powerful, nice and cool too.

The fan is a let down though, its tiny and sounds annoying, it's not that it's loud it just sounds crap, although you can remove it easily I would really like to change it to something better, I wish they would just not put a fan on at all and let the consumer choose, would be great with an Akasa Viper on it.

Also there's no software with it to control the card - I'm using MSI Afterburner, you can control the fan speed with it.

I dont know why they bother with the case around the heatsink and a daft small fan in the middle, I bet this would be miles better without the case and just have two 120mm fans stuck on it...

I'd give it 4.5 stars out of five if I could but with a little modding here and there this it will be great.

I'm pretty sure the shader clock is 1600MHz, not 1500.
