Lian Li's new update to the 011 Dynamic mid-tower case series, takes inspiration from the popular PCMR sub-reddit, this model has a particularly impressive aesthetic thanks to its chrome mirror finish. However it has all the features that you would expect from an O11D case from Lian Li: including sufficient room for an E-ATX motherboard as well as a total of nine 120mm fans or a radiator of up to 140 x 280mm.
With the Space Grey PCMR Chrome Edition, Lian Li have succeeded in making an already outstanding case even better. As with the previous O11D case, Lian Li blends 8mm steel with tinted tempered glass side and front panels, but takes the design to the next level thanks to its subtle space grey colour and chrome elements.
Not is the O11D series known for great design but there is space for multiple hardware configurations. For instance, for water cooling up to three 360 mm radiators can be installed: one on the roof, one in the base and another beside the motherboard.
For air cooling it is possible to fit fans to the radiator slots instead. Up to a total of nine 120 mm fans can be installed.
An HDD drive bay lets users install two 3.5″ HDDs or two 2.5″ SSDs. The HDD cage can be removed to make space for a second PSU if required.
Fitting all these components requires effective cable management solution. Lian Li have thought this through as well, including an integrated cable channel on the reverse of the motherboard tray.
