PC-O12WX Midi-Tower Case - Black

The black PC-O12WX in the noble midi tower of Lian-Li, which combines brushed aluminium with hard-glass elements. The interior of the ATX housing, divided into two chambers, allows the installation of up to four graphics cards in the left chamber using a riser card cable and places the mainboard and CPU in the right chamber. The front and side panels made of tempered glass can be used to admire the original interior.

With the PC-O12WX, brushed aluminum is skillfully combined with sides of tinted Tempered Glass (hard glass). Lian Li goes a step further and equips the front of the ATX case with hard glass. The case cover is brushed aluminium and houses the front panel with one HDMI and USB 3.1 type C connector, two USB 3.0 ports and the two mandatory audio connectors.

The Left Enclosure can accommodate up to four 340 mm long graphics cards with vertical mounting using riser card cables. In the right-hand chamber you can find space for up to E-ATX motherboards and CPU coolers up to 75 mm. For the installation of a custom water cooler, the case offers the possibility to install up to two radiators. One up to 360 millimeters in the lid and a 280 millimeter model in the front.

These radiator positions can, of course, also only be used with fans, taking three 120 mm fans in the lid and two 120 or 140 mm fans on the front. For AIO watercooling kits, due to the special design, sufficient cable length should be taken into account. The lower chamber accommodates the hardware, which hardly radiates heat and does not have to be cooled particularly. In addition to the ATX power supply and plenty of space for cable management, you can store data here.

Two modular HDD racks are used to mount said data memories. In these racks, two 3.5-inch HDDs and two 2.5-inch SSDs can be installed. A total of four 3.5-inch and 2, 5 inch data carrier. Cool air penetrates the Lian Li PC-O12WX through the corrugated floor panels into the housing. Due to the chimney principle, the warm air rises upwards, where it escapes through the lid.

Quite tricky to build, because it requires a different approach

This is not designed for AIO coolers in mind. It does work though, with some patience. I would get your GPU in there first, then work from there. I managed to get a 2080Ti Kingpin in the front on push pull (just to get more air into the case) and my Corsair H100x in the roof on pull. Note, you can not use push pull in the roof on an AIO as the hoses do not clear the mid plate. It was a pain in the rear to build but damn does it look fine when you are done. Beautiful case, beautifully engineered.

very happy with this case

This case is worth the money. Top quality. Good upgradeability. Looks great. Only lacking hdd/ssd storage space.
