The features of the Lian Li UNI FAN SL120 3-pack in detail The Lian Li UNI FAN SL120 features a clever and unique design, with the fans including contact pins and being connected via a simple plug-in system. Multiple fans no longer have to be connected individually, which saves a lot of time and prevents cable clutter.
Additionally a fluid dynamic ball bearings ensure smooth operation and improve durability. Since friction is reduced, the fans can run at higher speeds without greater energy consumption. The UNI SL120 fans have a maximum full speed of 1900 rpm with up to 31 dB (A) under full load. They also run quiet with 58.54 CFM airflow and 2.54 mm H2O static pressure at full speed
Each fan includes 32 digitally addressable RGB LEDs. As well as that an RGB and fan controller board is included. This is operated via software and enables users to set both fan speed and illumination effects.

Like others who have reviewed these, I'd been waiting a while for these to come back into stock, waiting to replace some Corsair LL120 fans where the RGB had corrupted. These fans from Lian-Li are much quieter and the build quality is excellent. The design allowing you to run up to four fans from 2 cables is a godsend and makes the back of any case look less cluttered. However, the software Lian-Li provide, needs some improvement. It took me hours to get the software running correctly, scouring forums, uninstalling and reinstalling programs, drivers etc just to get the software to pick up the fans. I've got it working now but it got to the point where I was thinking of returning these as whilst I had the fans spinning, I had no way of controlling either the fan curve or the RGB lighting. If the software had worked "out of the box" I would have given these top marks.

I've only been into tech for about a year, but I feel confident that these are probably the best fans on the market - in their price range - at the moment. Tremendous build quality, near silent operation - up to about 1100rpm for me - and sublime RGB. Oh yeah, they snap together! If you enjoy the satisfaction of ram clicking into place, you'll love these. The only thing that might best these in the future is the next generation of UNI fans Lian Li announced earlier this year. But until then, I'm 100% satisfied with these.

Excellent product colours are vibrant as Im slowly making an rgb pc. Fans are fairly quite the noise you can hear isnt unpleasant, so good build quality at the time of writing this. Would change is the software it seems you cant control the fans speed via your motherboard you have to have the software open for it to ramp up but other than that well worth the buy.
