I own Orion Spark version of this keyboard which is very similar to the " Orion Spectrum".Switches are mechanical and are quiter then in standard mechanical boards. Looks might not be the greatest, however this boards gives excellent performance. I use it as a backup keyboard until my " Cougar" keyboard dies.I highly recommend this product despite its price as it's worth it. Hope it helps.
Superb keyboard, the looks may not be everyones taste however it is very well built and worth every penny.
