Good sound but one issue
by ChrisI got these many years ago, and with me now looking to upgrade my PC I will be adding new sound system to it too. I thought why not add a review of these speakers as they wont be used with my new PC. Games and music sound very good and immersive. Filling a big living room with clarity and a nice subtle bass, not over powering. My bass dial is set very low but still pulls out the beefy sounds when needed. My only issue, and seems to be a common one after a little research, is at low volumes, the right speaker doesn't produce sound. It only comes out of the left speaker. It seems there is a cut off on the volume control. This happens when the volume on Windows is set to 100%, setting it around 75% and adjusting the speaker control seems to work though. So when I want the volume set to low, the speaker control is turned down but sound snow comes out of both speakers. Something to think about if considering buying these. Other than that, a great set for a reasonable price. 4/5 from me, only because of that volume issue. If it wasn't for that it would be a clear 5/5
