Premium Look & Spacious Interior: The Kolink Bastion Midi-Tower
From:: Chris Hill
With a premium look and a spacious interior, the Kolink Bastion Midi-Tower blends functionality with a reserved yet stylish exterior. Under the tempered glass side the Midi-Tower is decorated with an RGB-LED strip, the colours of which glow discretely behind a strip of acrylic frosted glass. The colour scheme is complemented again by the addition of a fan in the back with digitally addressable RGB-LEDs. A switch on the I/O panel allows users to control the lighting. The roomy interior allows users to install a whole lot of powerful gaming hardware to boot. And as for airflow, Kolink has you covered with the addition of an integrated dust filter that utilises a fine mesh at the top of the case.
The Features of the Kolink Bastion Midi-Tower at a Glance:
Stylish Midi-Tower for motherboards up to E-ATX
Tempered glass side panel with hinges
Attractive digitally addressable RGB lighting on the PSU shroud
A pre-installed 120mm fan at the back with digitally addressable RGB-LEDs
Up to five 120mm- and two 140mm fans can be installed
Space for graphics cards up to 370mm, CPU coolers up to 160mm
I/O Panel with controller for RGB-LEDs, 1x USB 3.0 and 2x USB 2.0
Space for Gaming Hardware in the Kolink Bastion
Even if the exterior is that of a Midi-Tower, the Bastion is still able to support motherboards up to E-ATX in size thanks to its intelligent use of space. Even graphics cards up to 370mm are supported. The same holds true of CPU coolers, which can be up to 160mm tall. A shroud helps conceal the power supply and the HDD cage, which also supports two 3,5"- or two 2,5" drives. Two 2,5" drives can be installed to the rear of the motherboard tray as well if required.
If you rely on air cooling, you will be pleased to know that there's more than enough slots for 120mm fans. Two 120mm fans can be mounted on the PSU cover, and a removable fan filter beneath the PSU helps to ensure your components remain dust-free and in top condition for years to come. The roof of the case allows for either two 120mm- or two 140mm fans to be installed. The roof is also equipped with a mesh to enable air to flow with minimal resistance through the case's interior, with the added benefit being that your hardware doesn't need to be constantly dusted and cleaned. The rear of the case holds a high-performance 120mm fan, and this pre-installed fan is also equipped with digitally addressable RGB-LED lighting. Needless to say, radiators of the correct proportion can also be installed instead of fans if you prefer.
Tempered Glass & RGB-LEDs Put Your Hardware in the Limelight
Even the motherboard tray has its own eye-catching qualities. Instead of boarding squares and rectangles, you will notice that the recess behind the motherboard is different, being trapezoid-shaped. Well-placed cable pass-throughs and brackets allow for excellent cable management, and users will enjoy admiring the interior of their gaming PC thanks to the use of the tempered glass side door, which can also be lifted out at the hinges. At the front of the PSU shroud lies a strip of digitally addressable RGB-LEDs, and a frosted acrylic glass cover softens the impact of the lighting. A switch on the I/O panel is also present to enable users to customise the lighting effects to your preferences.
The lighting on the pre-installed fan is also controlled via a compatible 3-pin connecter(5VDG). Both can be hooked up to the two connectors on the controller in the I/O panel. A 3-pin connector is also available on the fan, enabling additional RGB components to be connected if needed. Alternatively, the strip and the fan can be connected to a compatible 3-pin connector on the motherboard and controlled via the motherboard's software. Then the RGB switch on the I/O panel can also double up as a reset button. In addition to the RGB/reset switch, there are also one USB 3.0- an two USB 2.0 ports, with a 3.5mm port for use with headphones and microphones. A power LED and an HDD LED are also provided.

Excellent prompt service, thanks.
I purchased a large tempered glass case and a PSU, and they made it to the U.S. with absolutely no problems.
Good service well within their lead times, had an item out of stock which was then upgraded for free to keep delivery on time.
