Hi i thought i would give you guys an update from when i bought this card the other week... So here go`s
This card runs cool and stable on everything i chucked at it even with all the candy turned on so i thought id`e give the star back 5* all the way

Can play any game you could throw at it.
This card can be overclocked to 825Mhz core and 1200Mhz memory with Trixx on stock volts (1.088v)
The auto fan setting keeps the card very cool regardless.
OCCT stress-test with error-check reports no errors. 100% stable :)

the only thing i noticed while handling the card "and this is why only 4 stars awarded" was no heatsinks on the memory chips?
surely a card running ddr5 needs heatsinks on the chips... just food for thought and still worth every penny thanks again

Great Card, can run FFXIV at 1920X1080 everything on High with 4xAA, very quiet even though it's in a MicroATX case. Only given it a 4 because OC have dropped the price since I bought mine yesterday.
Awesome
Amazingly powerful card, runs everything I've thrown at it at max. I usually drop the AA down to 8x if 16x is available just so I get a consistent 50-60FPS. Extremely impressed, for the price it's amazing.
Blown Away
I wanted a card to replace 2 Nvidia 7800gtx cards SLI. They were a big waste of money, no power and poor shadow effects. I'm running an aging Athlon x2 system and I wasn't sure a card this fast would work well, there might have been bottlenecks elsewhere in the system. As it is all my current games now run 1900x1200 with decent levels of AA and good FPS. In short I have been blown away by the performance of this card. Its worth reading some external reviews to see what tricks this card is packing.

The Card itself is great, runs for example Fallout 3 on 1920x1080 with everything else maxed out completelly, and I'm pretty sure that a new game, such as The Witcher 2 will run as good as F3...
Fast and silent!
I bought this card to Crossfire with my HIS HD5830 (reference model) and the first thing I noticed was the size difference - it's quite a bit shorter. Second thing I noticed was that in comparison to the reference model 5830 it's extremely quiet - the larger fan really does its job well.
And I slapped on an overclock of 820/1250 straight away, haven't tried to go any higher but I'm sure it will.

So Glad I Did
Got two of these to Cossfire, to replace my ageing 4780's. All fps short commings dismissed. Love these cards, got them at 8001100 overclocked in ccc. No need for Trixx utillity. Thanks OCUK again for the best price by far. I love u guys.
Amazing card
I recently purchased this card and I'm glad i did. Upgraded from an 8800GT and this card runs twice as fast at stock speeds. Overclocked mine using the latest TRIXX to 900/1200. I would highly recommend you buy one yourself. Great service from Overclockers as usual.
Pleased and Amazed
I like flight sims, but the latest Cliffs of Dover was too much for my system. I knew I needed a better graphics card, but they are all a bit expensive for a pensioner! I purchased the HD5850 with more than a little trepidation. I was wrong. The overclocking aspects I might try out in the future, but for now I'm up in the clouds . . .
Highly recommended.
1ghz OC
I'm impressed with this card, it is 3x as fast as my 8800GT in Unigine heaven benchmark. With the sapphire Trixx utility it painlessly overclocked to 1ghz core & 5000 memory speed at 1.2v

Bought this to replace a GTX 280 nvidia card that died on me. 2/2 failure for me on nvidia cards, my old x800 ati card is still running strong, anyway...
Runs alot cooler and ALOT quieter than the nvidia. And whilst im pretty sure im bottlenecked by my processor (q6600) performance is top notch. Really nice card you cant go wrong for the money
Nothing better at this Price
Don't get put off by this being an older gen card. This Saphire 5850 is a re-released revamped 5850 and will eat a GF460 OC for breakfast. Over-clocked to 900/1200 will be nearer the 560ti. (I got 840/1150 @48C with no volt mod just using AutoTune in CCC) Fast, Very quiet and fits in smaller cases & runs fine on 450w psu, What more could you want? No driver problems if you install using the disc supplied with express set up (Even though I still had Nvidia Drivers on my system from my last card) Then go to Cat Control Center Information and update drivers from there. You can now also over-clock from there as well using the "performance" overdrive tab.

Super value
Superb card: fast, quiet and unbeatable price.
Mine oc's to 900/1200 with the latest Trixx, as do many others. At this speed it plays Crysis at very high, 1400x900 happily, though it was a little bottlenecked by my C2D being at 3.2ghz.
Highly recommended if you're on a budget!!
Great Value
This is a great card for the money, check out the updated Extreme version reviews online and you'll find it outperforms the 6850 and 6790 even though its technically an older generation.
The card is nice and quiet, the 2 x 6 pin connectors are on the rear end of the card towards the drive bays (my 4870 had them on the side) but still plenty of room in my Antec 300 as the card isn't particular long.
If you're on a budget this is a great buy, I was tempted to splash out extra on a more powerful card but Borderlands, Crysis and BF:BC2 all play great at 1680x1050 so I'll be sticking with this for a while.

good price poor overclocker
I bought this card to crossfire with my older Asus 5850.
It runs a lot cooler and quieter than my older card but unfortunately can't keep up with the Asus in the overclocking stakes with a max oc of 800mhz.
It is a very good card for the price although there is no crossfire bridge in the box and there is only one connector for crossfire on the card.
As always perfect service from Overclockers I would recomend this card to anyone who is looking to save som money on a fast card that is capable of playing pretty much anything.

I was in the process of upgrading my graphics card and I was going for the 6850 until I noticed this on Overclockers. I thought something wasn't right at this price(
Good card
Runs quieter as my Twin frozr 5850 and only slightly warmer. No voltage control it seems, but mine can manage 790/1200 at stock volts which is ok. Good card for the price.

If you want more bang for your buck then it's hard to look past this card, stonking value for money.

took me a while to get it working (psu problem)
but once i have it working its amazing blows my old 4850 out the water. getting about 34fps on crysis warhead max out at 1920*1080
dosnt overclock as well as i hoped due to the lack of voltage tweaking. i manged 820/1180 stable (but running at 750/1050 other wise cpu bottlenecks)

This card has amazing performance and is very quiet. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because this card is not a very good overclocker. There is no voltage control and it goes unstable at 850 mhz on the core. I have mine stable at 800/1175. This card was also delivered on time and I got it for
