Very quiet and efficient fansPurchased one of these fans on recommendation from Overclockers retail store staff, as a replacement for a noisy cpu cooler fan.
This has now made my system so quiet, whilst still maintaining the same temperatures as the old fan did (which ran at 2500rpm!)
Can't recommend them highly enough!!!
(incidentally, the cpu cooler I have is an Antec Kuhler Shelf)

Good fan, not the best by far. These fans only get four stars for the following reasons:
- Lack of pressure: Decent CFM, but the blade design doesn't facilitate good pressure through a radiator
- Vibration at low rpm: When put under a fan controller, at the lowest speed possible before the fan cut out, a significant vibration develops. When you have three of these on a radiator all doing this, it gets loud*
- * Loudness: Certainly not the quietest of fans, but for the price I guess I can't complain.
Vs the 120mm Noctua NF-P12 fans (7 more), these just struggle to compete. The NF-P12 provide a greater flow rate at a quieter noise level, and without vibration at low rpms.
If you're on a budget for low noise high CFM fans, then these are a good choice, but if you can spare 7 for the NF-P12's you wont regret it.

Like air but don't like noise? This is fI bought this as part of an upgrade for my system , its currently sat on my OcUk bought corsair h50.

even at full speed (1300rpm) this thing is hard to hear even when up close, all you hear is the air moving, and lots of it.

I never realised fan technology had advanced so far. I'm saving up to buy a full set of these to make my computer a silent gale.

comes with rubber mounting thingys to replace screws, best idea in ages.

5 stars cant fault it.149 User found this Review usefullHelpful Review? Yes

Silent and deadly efficientI would give these fans 6 stars if I could, absolutely fabulous performance. Replaced my Corsair fans supplied with the H100 with 4 of these beauties..all I can say is WOW..WOW......and WOW again. Completely silent, I have to keep looking to see if they are running, even at maximum speed they are completely silent...and still moving bags of air through the H100 radiator (my i7-2700K never goes above 50 C even in OC flat-out manic mode and still the fans are silent. Apache = silent killer = buy them now if you want cooling performance and silence.

Only critique is the colour, not my cup of tea but I don't care a jot, they are hidden at the top of the case. Great build quality and braided wires make them top quality kit.

At under a tenner each they are the bargain of the century..!148 User found this Review usefullHelpful Review? Yes

Super silent, just as they say!Got 4 of these over the weekend whilst they were on offer.

Fit them to my Corsair H100 in a pull/push setup and I must say im very impressed. They dont really cool they rad any better than the stock fans and the 2 spare coolermaster case fans I had on prior, but what they do very well is cool the rad whilst making a lot less noise.

The temp diffs are 33 idle & 44 load with the apaches whilst never making much of a noise at all.

The 2 stock corsair & 2 stock coolermaster fans temps were 32 idle and 44-48 load but under load the fans sounded like a couple of euro fighter typhoons had landed in the bedroom.

Shame they have gone back up in price or i would order 3 more to replace the stock case fans in my cosmos s. Also, shame they dont do this in a 230mm version as id love the 230mm vent on my cosmos s case side to have one of these bad boys.

Great service from overclockers too yet again. 2nd class service, but arrived within 2 working days of them picking up the order.147 User found this Review usefullHelpful Review? Yes

Worth every pennyThese fans are absolutely bad ass. At currently 9 on the 20/01/11 this is a STEAL of a price. PWM so its very quiet, and the amount of air this thing pushes through for the db, this is about as good as it gets in terms of value. The build quality is extremely good, and the packaging is ridiculously tight and well made. I bought 2 of these at 13 for case fans and they're of a nice low frequency volume, barely audible at all.

BUY THESE NOW!!!145 User found this Review usefullHelpful Review? Yes

Good FanGood Fan, Have 2 of these on an Antec 620 push/pull config and I am getting temps of 26 degrees idle and 38 load on an AMD Phenom II 955 @ 3.6GHz.

It does what it says on the tin, I only wish they were quieter as that is one of the main reasons I bought them. Oh well.139 User found this Review usefullHelpful Review? Yes
