Fan is loud at full tilt

I'm pretty sure the previous reviewer had a faulty unit, or possibly a rare V1 model. I've run this PSU in a Sugo SG05 rig with GTX Titan and a i5 2500 with no problems. Great, reliable unit. Mine, however, is a V2 unit that featured a new fan and a couple of capacitors on the 24-pin to smooth delivery out a little. No whine, no screeching.

However the fan is still noisy when the unit is under major load, which is very noticeable in small cases - taking a star off for that.

Too noisy .The noise makes it unsuitable

Bought this with a Silverstone FT03-mini case with the idea of using it as my main gaming PC.

Unfortunately this PSU puts out a lot of noise . Bad noise , rattling winey piercing noise thats impossible to ignore.

So much noise in fact that i have had to shelve the entire project while i try to figure out what to do.So thats a lot of expensive kit sitting idle in a box ...

A real shame that the noise is so awfull as it is a tiny little thing and great for the case FT03-Mini
