The new high-end Dark Pro Series memory kits in the special "8Pack Edition" have been developed and tweaked with the help of overclocking icon Ian "8Pack" Parry and the renowned graphics card expert Andrew "Gibbo" Gibson. Incredible Overclocking Potential and Aggressive Timings
Samsung B-dies are used exclusively by the 8Pack Team due to their superb compatibility and overclocking potential, especially when paired with the latest Intel Kaby Lake (Z170/Z270) and AMD Ryzen platforms (B350/X370). The aggressive latencies out of the box of CAS 16-16-16-36 as well as their high overclocking potential mean that these kits have been designed from the ground up for enthusiast-level gaming and overclocking. Attainable frequencies extend to over 4500 MHz on the X299 platform and up to 3600 MHz on Ryzen systems with moderate latencies. But even in regards to latency tuning the Dark Pro "8Pack Edition" RAM kits are very flexible. This is what allows hassle-free CAS10 timings with lower memory clock frequencies.
Massive Heatspreader with Stylish Titanium-Grey Accents
The modules are equipped with massive black anodised aluminium heatspreaders in a sandwich-style design. This, in conjunction with the titanium-coloured centre and the notches, allows for a sleek and premium aesthetic design. The total height of the range is approximately 45,6 mm and should be kept in mind when choosing a CPU cooler. The heat dissipation capacity of the Dark Pro series is also especially high, meaning that they have plenty of cooling capacity spare during overclocking. Furthermore the PCB cover of the heatspreader can be removed, which reduces the total height to just 37 mm and markedly increases compatibility with larger CPU coolers.

It didn't work well witk my MAG X570 Tomahawk at first - 2400MHz speed only, but after bios update and switching modules from A1B1 sockets to A2B2, everything is just great.
Brilliant RAM
I'm lost for words how good this memory is for the price, it's paired with a 3900X & Tomahawk X570 motherboard, switched it onto XMP 3600Mhz profile, and it's good to go, rock solid. It also looks good and stays cool aswell.
Insane, especially for the price

Clear leader for price to performance
Greatly priced for the performance, nice breath of fresh air for the EU/UK market. Top stuff by 8PACK and Team Group thoroughly recommend, quite literally plug and play.
Best In Class
Top tier RAM. Managed to get it stable at 14-14-14-14-28 at 1.43v. At 3600mhz on a Ryzen 5 3600 and B450 board this is quite phenomenal and you couldn't ask for better. Really tight sub timings too.
This makes my Corsair LPX 3600 C18 seem like a plaything. I couldn't get that to boot at any tighter timings, even CAS 17. It just refused. While this RAM being Samsung B Dye just accepts it and smiles :)
RAM doesn't get much better than this.
Possibly best non-RGB kit on market
Hands down. XMP went right on, x570 Aorus Master, and that was on Release F4 bios. This memory stays cold even if fully packed and stress tested. So far my Ryzen 5 3600 dont show a great IMC performance, but when at 1400mV this kit hit 3600mhz cl14, Thats enough to say.
Unbeleivably good
Beat all expectations and then some. Running 4 DIMMS @ 16-16-16-32 with incredibly tight subtimings at 3800mhz 1:1 fclk paired with a 3700x. Stable as a rock - repeatedly tested for 24 hours with Karhu. No doubt the timings could be tightened further but have hit diminishing returns hard. For the price cannot be beat I think! Will be purchasing more when we upgrade the rest of our computers.
Great overclocker
Will overclock to 3800 with the same timings as 3600. Increasing voltage allows for tighting of timings for maximum performance with Ryzen 3000 CPU's.
World Class Ram, I got what I paid for.
I have been looking for some Samsung B-die Ram for a reasonable price for ages. I thought I would take a chance with this Dark Pro Ram because it was Samsung B-die and I was not dissapointed. I paired this with my Auros X570 Elite and Ryzen 9 3900X. The XMP worked fine but I actually got much more performance out the ram by Running it at 3200mhz and tightining the timmings to CL14-14-14-28. My scores have gone through the roof and I am a very happy customer.
Took some BIOS fiddling to get it to work on early BIOS's
Had to enter primary RAM timings manually on the early BIOS to get it stable with SOC @ 1.1v on ASRock PHantom gaming 4 x570. Haven't tried just loading XMP on later BIOS's. Not OC'd further yet as n00b at RAM OC'ing. If going with Zen2, 3200Mhz will OC to 3600Mhz easily
Recommended
Unfortunately the first kit was faulty (can always happen), but the second kit works great. The XMP 3600 16-16-16-36 profile works out-of-the-box (for me at least) on a MSI Z390 ACE with a 9900K. 20+ hours of Memtest and not a single error. Non-RGB is a bonus and the kit feels and looks premium. Recommended. And thanks to Overclockers UK for their prompt support!
