Excellent, Quite and Cool Card

Shame about receiving the smaller fan version and not the one in the picture. Good card and runs quiet.. first AMD/ATi card over nVidia.

XFX HD4850

Well I will cut to the chase buy one now before you can't, superb card at stock settings just bumped mine up to 750 core 1100 mem no probs at all still a little headroom left I believe but at the moment these settings make this card the best card around on a price/performance rating stunning deal get one now!!!

xfx HD4850

Well took the plunge and went back to ati after a flirt with a pny 8800gt 256meg, don't get me wrong the 8800gt is a good card however the XFX HD4850 is a GREAT card got mine with a glaciator type fan and it performs really well and quieter than my 8800 fan.
stock clocks allow it to play most games but there is so much overclocking headroom on these cards it would have been rude not to have a fiddle with the clocks mine is now running at 750 core 1100 mem with a max temp after benchmarking with furmark of 65 deg and a healthy frame rate increase to boot shame these cards have been discontinued from manufacture so my advice to anyone debating on a new graphics card don't debate just buy this card before you can't get them anymore they really are an excellent buy

Great card - doesn't look like the pictu

I got one of these cos they're cheap and pretty fast - even if I have only one! I got mine with a Zalman type fan which is very quiet and runs the core at 41C - nice.
A bargain for
