In a few short years, Kolink has developed a solid reputation for offering high quality PC cases and accessories at great price points. Their latest product is the Core ARGB – an update to the Core line of PSUs. The obvious addition here is ARGB illumination, in the form of a lighting strip. Despite the updated aesthetics, Kolink Core ARGB PSUs retain all the functionality of the previous versions.

Setting a new standard in RGB illumination for PSUs

The Core series of PSUs had already received much praise due to their reliability and value but Kolink have now gone a step further by adding full ARGB illumination in the form of a lighting strip. This enables the PSU to generate a variety of illumination effects with a dedicated button on the
PSU to cycle through them. Alternatively illumination modes can be
controlled via a standard 3-Pin connector on the motherboard. This also
enables users to sync their Core ARGB’s illumination with other LED
components in their build. Additionally a bundled alternate sticker allows
for further customisation.

The Kolink Core is not just an attractive case, it is also highly practical. Like the previous version it is 80 Plus certified and all models of the Core Series meet the requirements for safe operation on the European 230-volt grid. They also have excellent standby power consumption, meaning
