Kolink Core Pro 12V-2×6
Effectively, there are two product lines available, the Kolink Core Pro 12V-2×6 16-pin 90-Degree Adapters and Kolink Core Pro 12V-2×6 Extension Cable Kits. In each of these, there are multiple models and versions. The adapters come as either Type 1 or Type 2 (don’t worry, I’ll explain that in a moment), and you can choose between black or white editions on both types. The cable kits include the 12V-2×6 adapter, so they are also both available as either Type 1 or Type 2, but you get to choose from seven vibrant colourways!

Kolink Core Pro 12V-2×6 16-pin 90-Degree Adapter
With the new 12V-2×6 standard becoming more readily available, it stands to reason that your gaming PC may need an adapter. The Kolink Core Pro 12V-2×6 16-pin 90-Degree Adapter ensures a secure connection to your GPU. The metal casing and conductive materials facilitate efficient heat dissipation, helping to keep operations at peak temperature.
Being angled at 90-degrees means this adapter is great for creating clean cable runs. It eliminates the need for tight bends right where the cable connects, so you can enjoy more consistent and reliable performance.
This adapter has been designed to work with RTX 3090 Ti, 4070 Ti, 4080, 4090, and other 12VHPWR GPUs.
Type 1 vs Type 2
Its type indicates whether the cable will point up or down when installed. Type 1 has the sense pins on the top and generally points down when connected to your GPU. Type 2 is basically the opposite – sense pins on the bottom and generally points up when connected. Which you pick depends entirely on which way you want to run your cables.

Now to add a little spice! The Kolink Core Pro 12V-2×6 Extension Cable Kits bring vibrant colours, smooth bends, and support for high-wattage applications to your gaming PC. The internal wiring is 16AWG, to ensure those power-hungry GPUs get all the wattage they need. Plus, the external braiding is manufactured from PET plastic, to keep those bends smooth and provide extra durability, and each cable features three cable combs with a metal-effect finish. Heck, there are even three extra cable combs per cable to really fine-tune your runs.
