New Website, New Homepage
There’s no place like the homepage, especially now all our customer’s top products have taken up residence there. Scroll through our carousel to check out the latest releases, hot deals and offers, and our most popular products and brands.
Smoother Search Functionality
We have added some extra features to help you when browsing for your favourite products. For starters, we’ve expanded our category pages to help you narrow down what you are looking for. There’s also now a slick price filter option. Just slide the bars to match your budget in an instant!
How do Gift Vouchers Work with the New Website?
We’ve also had an overhaul of our gift voucher system to make it even easier for you to spend your Christmas and birthday money. Previously you needed to create an account, which you could then credit and then redeem with your purchases at your leisure. To make it simpler, you can now spend your gift voucher without making an account. Just enter your unique code at checkout to full or part redeem on your purchase. If you have any balance remaining, we’ll send you a shiny new code straight to your inbox to use next time.
If you already had balance on your account, you will have received a new gift voucher code via email to carry this over.
Are There Other Account Changes with the New Website?
If you have an existing account with us, there’s a few things you’ll need to do for a smooth transition.
First of all, you will need to reset your password. Since we cannot transfer your encrypted data over to our new platform you will be prompted to reset it the next time you log in. You will also need to link back your Overclockers UK forum account if you have one.
