Little help please with CPU and Mobo

Hello there new to forum.
I'm looking to do pre build on this sys:
current:
CPU: AMD Fx8370 . Mobo: MSI 990FXA Gaming , ram: 2x 8GB 1866Mhz G.Skill Sniper , GPU: 2x MSI GTX970 4G in Sli , storage: SSD Samsung 850 PRO 256gb and second one HDD 1,8TB barracuda , PSU:Corsair HX1200i , Case: Zalman Z11pluse

I would like to know and get some suggestion for new Mobo and Cpu , and should keep stay with AMD or move to Intel.
Lets say got a limit of 400£ to pick just new mobo and cpu and ofc if required new ram memory.
