PixelNAUT Games released Rocket Rumble for early access on the 3rd of this month. As a multiplayer, racing brawler, it is an ideal contender for a multiplayer playcation for you and the squad. High Octane Fun For All
In Rocket Rumble, you and three friends will compete to cross the finish line of hazardous racetracks. Either from the same sofa or online over Discord, you will brawl, race, and fight your way to the front on a single shared screen. No more split screens and looking at the wrong corner. I can’t be the only one who would watch the wrong avatar for half the race!
There are four characters to choose from: Pepper the Corgi, Ophelia the Cat, Bert the Pig, and Riku the Eagle. Each avatar has its own advantages for gameplay and your preferred battle styles. Pepper is fast and great for zipping between obstacles, whereas Bert is an absolute tank and brilliant for pushing obstacles into your opponents. Alternatively, there is plenty of fun weaponry for those characters who aren’t as strong as Bert.
What’s best about these avatars is the near-endless customisation. You will never lose them in the chaos. Add hats, moustaches, crazy patterns, eyewear, and much, much more. You can even change the colour of your jetpack trail!
There are currently five tracks available, with more dropping in the near future as the game develops and heads towards its mainstream release date.
