Minecraft
Minecraft is the ultimate cosy co-op sandbox for you to play this festive season. There are no rules or required objectives for you to complete, and you get to pick the game mode you want to play. Want to battle it out for survival against the darkness and the creatures who inhabit the night? Select Survival mode! Or perhaps you and the family just feel like building a giant Christmas tree or even Santa’s sleigh? Then you want to pick Creative.
Minecraft features extensive support for multiplayer, including both online and local LAN. What’s more, with Minecraft Realms, you can create your very own online server that you and the fam can hop in for some cosy gaming fun!

Terraria

It’s up to you to decide how you want to play. Will you venture deep into cavernous expanses to hunt down precious treasures and materials? Terraria is the perfect cosy co-op to play with the family as up to eight different players can be in one world. Plus, for those family members who want to battle it out against one another, there is even online PvP.

Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime
Set in a colourful galaxy, take control of a neon battleship in Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime. Split the duties of manning this spaceship between the group, from controlling the thrusters, shields, and lasers, to commanding the turrets. Only through the art of teamwork will you be victorious in rescuing the kidnapped space-bunnies and defeating the forces of Anti-Love. If you don’t, you risk a rather unpleasant vacuum-y demise.
In Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime, you can play with up to four players via local couch co-op. Perfect for some gaming fun with the family over the Christmas holidays!

Unravel 2

Stardew Valley
After inheriting your Grandpa’s old farm, journey to the idyllic Pelican Town to restart your life as a farmer in Stardew Valley. Learn to live off the land by transforming the overgrown fields into thriving crops and homes for animals. In order for your farm to be successful, you’ll need to hunt down precious resources for crafting by either foraging the forests or venturing deep into the mines. Be careful though, the mines are full of dangerous creatures waiting to strike. In addition to building your dream farm, there is a whole town of villagers waiting for you to meet and befriend. Who knows, you might even find that special someone.
Stardew Valley features support for up to four player co-op, in which you can team up to build your thriving farm. Plus, there’s even a dedicated map created especially for four player farms.
