There are three models in the Glacier G3090Ti range, each coming in two stylish colours. Pick from chrome or black, as you match the model of waterblock to the manufacturer of your graphics card. Cooling Power
Naturally, for demanding graphics cards, you’ll need a waterblock that can keep up. The Phanteks Glacier G3090Ti is such a block. Bundled with a backplate for aesthetics and security, this waterblock has been expertly crafted for high-performance cooling. For starters, the copper coldplate fully covers the waterblock, to ensure it cools the vital components. As a result, it can draw heat away from all the critical areas efficiently. Thanks to the large cooling fin area, there is more conductive surface area to work with to enable increased heat transfer. Plus, the backplate is equipped with thermal pads that contact the RAM and VRM. Another tasty boost to the heat transfer!
The Phanteks Glacier G3090Ti utilises a high-flow design that improves the current of your entire water-cooling system. With the waterblock, itself, being manufactured from premium acrylic, the resistance is greatly reduced, which allows your liquid coolant to flow more freely. Thus improving how efficiently heat is drawn away from your graphics card.
As a cheeky bonus, a syringe of Phanteks PH-NDC thermal compound has been included, to optimise contact between waterblock and graphics card. Phanteks has thought of everything.
Premium Materials
With the Phanteks Glacier G3090Ti Waterblocks, it’s more than just the design that enhances thermal efficiency. Its material make-up also bolsters the cooling potential. Only the most premium materials have been included with these waterblocks.
Firstly, the coldplate is manufactured from 100% pure copper, which is then nickel-plated, creating a sleek backdrop for the DRGB lighting. Copper is chosen for its incredible thermal capacity and conductive properties, making it an ideal material for heat transfer! Next, the casing is made of high-quality cast acrylic. Transparent and durable, this is the perfect showcase for coloured coolant and also helps the DRGB lighting to shine through.
Providing structure and support, the backplate is manufactured from CNC machine aluminium. The finish varies between the different coloured models, either chrome-plating or black anodised. Both finishes are elegant and add to the minimalist overall design of the Phanteks Glacier G3090Ti Waterblocks. Lastly, these waterblocks are fitted with VITON o-rings, which keep your water-cooling loop water-tight. What’s more, these are the preferred o-ring of the automotive and aerospace industries. A true mark of premium quality!
DRGB Lighting
Each model is illuminated by DRGB lighting. The blocks contain fifteen LED dies that can be connected to your Phanteks DRGB case or compatible motherboard and controllers. Additionally, this product can be daisy-chained to expand your RGB setup. From there, you can synchronise all your devices to create a phenomenal light show.
