The weekend is here, and we’re all gearing up for a Saturday night gaming session with the squad. We’re feeling an MMORPG!
MMORPGs are some of our favourite multiplayer games at Overclockers UK. Spanning genres from fantasy to sci-fi and beyond, they offer great co-operative gameplay for you and your friends to enjoy. We had a quick whip round the office to find out everyone’s top MMORPGs and put together some fab suggestions for this weekend’s gaming session.

The Elder Scrolls Online
Bethesda’s The Elder Scrolls Online is a classic fantasy MMORPG. Set in Tamriel, explore this ever-growing world, from the High Isles to Eastmarch. The story takes you across the far reaches of this mystical land as you try to regain your soul and save the world from Oblivion. Craft, steal, battle, and siege with a combination of armour, weapons, and abilities to fit your play style. Each teammate could have their own unique skillset!
Quests and dungeons can be completed as part of a co-operative party, which means your Saturday night is sorted. Should there be any indecision, differences can be settled in PvP combat!

Alternatively, you can team up to take on challenging bosses in Flashpoints and Operations. Naturally, also set to Duel of the Fates. You can’t fight how awesome that music is.

Final Fantasy XIV
With the new Final Fantasy XVI on the horizon but not looking like it’ll be on PC any time soon, it’s time to jump back into Final Fantasy XIV Online.
