When repairing and maintaining smartphones, tablets and laptops, sensitive electronic components can easily be damaged by electrostatic discharges. The IFixit anti-static mat ensures reliable protection and is ideal for mobile use due to its small pack size when folded. The Mat is grounded by two crocodile clips one of which is connected to a flexible spiral cable with an electrostatic bracelet.
